Suites

In Hotel Scalinata di Spagna there are several suites, which differ in features and size (from 25 to 50 sqm). Some have balconies, others have a terrace. Others have breathtaking views.

They are located both in the part that is furnished in a more classic style, with wall-to-wall carpeting, refined furniture and fabrics, and in the part that is furnished in a more modern style, with wood flooring and painted walls, as well as in the outbuilding.

All suites are an integral part of the Hotel and enjoy the same services and quality standards offered for the rooms.

Panoramic Suite with Terrace and View

30 sqm suite with 3 windows and 2 French doors, wood flooring and painted walls. Private terrace of 26 m2, panoramic view over all of Rome. Equipped with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (140 x 195 cm) with memory foam mattress. Panoramic Suite with Balcony and View

Spacious and panoramic room of 30 m2 with 5 windows. Finished with parquet and painting on the walls. Private panoramic Balcony overlooking the whole of Rome. Equipped with a "king size" double bed (180 x 200 cm). Junior Suite with Balcony - Annex Building

In the separate building, suite of 50 square metres, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of 2 connecting rooms, with 2 windows and 2 scenic balconies overlooking Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Mignanelli. The first room has 1 king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) or 2 single beds and the second room has two single beds (90 x 190 cm) whereby a third bed may be added. One en-suite bathroom, with shower, hairdryer and all amenities: air conditioning, HD LED TV, SKY, free wi-fi, free water in the minibar, kettle for coffee and tea, telephone and personal electronic safe.

Large Family Suite

Spacious suite of 50 square metres, which can accommodate up to 7 people. It consists of 3 separate rooms, but connected by way of a small hallway, with 3 queen-size or king-size beds (160 or 180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). Each room has en-suite bathroom, with shower or tub/shower and hairdryer and all amenities: air conditioning HD led TV, SKY channels, free Wi-Fi, complimentary water in the minibar, kettle for coffee and tea, telephone and electronic personal safe.
